§ 98.03. Mangrove trimming or alteration.

The trimming or alteration of mangroves shall be regulated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in accordance with applicable state law including, but not limited to, the "Mangrove Trimming and Preservation Act," F.S. § 403.9321 et seq.
