§ 96.01. Definitions.

For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:

"Director." The Director of the Sarasota County Health Department and the Director of the Manatee County Health Department or their duly-authorized representatives, and shall be the same authority as described in the Florida Administrative Code, §§ 10D-13.02(15), 10D-14.02(11), and 10D-15.02(14) as the health authority.

"Health department." The Sarasota County Health Department in Sarasota County and the Manatee County Health Department in Manatee County.

"Management." Includes anyone who conducts, directs the affairs, and carries on the business of food establishments, either for his own interest or that of an owner, and includes those responsible for operation and supervision.
